More brick pavers

The brick pavers are configured with openings for trees and other plants, forming the Reading Garden. Irrigation hoses and power for lights during evening hours is installed in a variety of locations.

Front porch rail

Railing is installed along the "front porch" area adjacent to the Reading Garden.

A new flag pole

A new flag pole arrives and is prepared for instalation at the front entrance of the library.

Paving of the parking lot begins

Workers begin paving the parking lot area south of the building.

Entrance with a view

The main entrance to the library has many tall windows that will allow for a great view of the Reading Garden area.

Brick pavers in the Reading Garden

The brick paver installation in the Reading Garden is almost complete. Many of the pavers are engraved as part of a fundraiser sponsored by the Friends of the Homosassa Library.

Entrance windows

Some final touches are being done to the exterior of the front entrance windows.

Interior drywall

Drywall is being installed throughout the interior of the building.

The brick pavers, including many that have been engraved, arrive and are being installed throughout the Reading Garden area and west of the front entrance.
